What is the Leads Module?

The Leads Module is your central hub for managing potential business opportunities and tracking your sales pipeline. It helps you organize, prioritize, and follow up on leads that could become contracts.

Key Features

  • Kanban Pipeline View - Visual drag-and-drop board showing leads at different stages
  • Table View - Detailed list view with sorting and filtering
  • Lead Scoring - AI-powered scoring to identify high-value opportunities
  • Gmail Integration - Link emails directly to leads
  • Next Action Tracking - See what needs to be done next for each lead
  • Client & Orchestra Association - Connect leads to existing clients and orchestras

Accessing the Leads Module

  1. Log in to your ArtistHub account
  2. Click on "Leads" in the main navigation menu
  3. You'll see the Leads dashboard with your pipeline

Note: Only Managers and Administrators can access the Leads module.

Understanding the Interface

When you first open the Leads module, you'll see:

Kanban View (Default)

  • Columns represent different lead stages (e.g., New, Contacted, Qualified, Proposal)
  • Cards represent individual leads
  • Drag and drop leads between columns to change their stage

Table View

  • Click the Table View button to switch to a detailed list
  • See all lead information in columns
  • Sort and filter to find specific leads

Quick Start

  1. View Existing Leads - Browse your pipeline in Kanban or Table view
  2. Add a New Lead - Click the "+ Add Lead" button
  3. Filter Leads - Use the filter options to find specific leads
  4. View Lead Details - Click on any lead card to see full information
