Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using the Artist HUB CRM system accessible at https://artisthub24.com ("Service") operated by Artist HUB ("us", "we", or "our").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

Artist HUB is a comprehensive Customer Relationship Management system designed for Music Management Agencies. The Service provides the following features:

  • Client and lead management
  • Orchestra database
  • Email integration with Gmail
  • Calendar scheduling
  • Task management
  • Contact management
  • Marketing campaign tools
  • Analytics and reporting

3. Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Artist HUB and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both Poland and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Artist HUB.

5. User Data

5.1 Content Ownership

You retain all rights to your data that you upload, post, or otherwise make available through the Service ("User Data"). By providing User Data to us, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, copy, process, and store your User Data in order to provide and improve the Service.

5.2 User Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your User Data, including:

  • CSRF protection across the application
  • Secure session handling with appropriate timeouts
  • Input validation and sanitization
  • Content Security Policy (CSP) headers
  • HTTP-only cookies for session management
  • Secure cookie configuration for enhanced security
  • Encrypted database backups using AES-256-CBC encryption

5.3 Shared Resources

You acknowledge that certain resources within the Service (Orchestra and Contact data) are intentionally shared between users. By using these features, you agree that this information will be accessible to other users of the Service.

6. Gmail Integration

If you choose to connect your Gmail account to our Service:

  • You authorize us to access and process your Gmail data according to the OAuth 2.0 scope permissions you approve
  • We will use your Gmail data solely to provide email integration features within the Service
  • You can revoke access to your Gmail account at any time through Google security settings
  • We will store OAuth tokens securely with encryption

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or contact us to request deletion of your account.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Artist HUB, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  • Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service;
  • Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service;
  • Any content obtained from the Service; and
  • Unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content.

9. Disclaimer

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or course of performance.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
