The Campaign Module is a powerful email marketing tool that allows you to create, manage, and track multi-step email campaigns. You can send personalized emails to your contacts, track opens and clicks, and monitor deliverability metrics.
> Note: You need a Gmail account connected to ArtistHub to send campaigns.

What Are Campaigns?
Campaigns are organized email marketing sequences that help you:
- Send targeted emails to specific groups of contacts
- Create follow-up sequences with multiple steps
- Track engagement with opens, clicks, and bounces
- Monitor deliverability to maintain email health
- Personalize content for each recipient

Accessing the Campaign Module
To access the Campaign Module:
- Campaign metrics (Draft, Active, Completed)
- List of all your campaigns
- Quick actions (Create, View, Edit, Delete)

Understanding Campaign Status
Campaigns have three status types:
- Draft: Campaign created but not yet sent
- Active: Campaign with emails in progress or scheduled
- Completed: Campaign finished (all steps sent)
The status badge appears next to each campaign in the list.

Prerequisites
Before creating your first campaign, make sure you have:
- ✅ Gmail account connected to ArtistHub
- ✅ At least one recipient list created
- ✅ Email templates (optional, can create custom content)
